We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company only use any information collected from individual customers on a need-to-know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. Confidentiality

In order to respond to your queries we require the collection of some of your personal information. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and, as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties in order to carry out our service and, if legally required to do so, to the authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep for an administration fee, on the proviso that we are given 60 days notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services and products. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. However it is possible your data will be transferred and processed by other third party companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf. These functions include sending emails, analysing data and providing marketing assistance. Product Information

At James Grace we are continuously improving our product offering and, as such, reserve the right to amend designs and specifications without prior notice. The colours of materials within this brochure are as accurate as digital imagery will allow.

The minimum order value for any James Grace staircase renovation is £2,000 + VAT however our new staircase start from about £8,000 + VAT.
